  • Shipping and logistics: manage end-to-end process.
  • Track packages and communicate delays to Client Services.
  • Update package statuses in admin dashboard and CRM.
  • Inventory management: assist with counting and updating records.
  • Confidentiality: maintain a high level of confidentiality with sensitive materials.
  • Data tools: assist with data management using Google Sheets or Excel.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Based in Denver, CO or able to commute to Denver office 3x per week.
  • Valid driver's license; background check including motor vehicle records.
  • Able to drive personal vehicle for office and post office tasks; strong communication skills.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Experience with data management tools such as Google Sheets or Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
