Manage shipment requests, including quotes and pricing algorithm usage
Book and monitor shipments by courier, roadfreight or airfreight
Coordinate with airlines and white-glove agents to hit KPIs
Complete export customs entries and ensure correct artwork documents
Develop strong customer relationships and maintain high service levels
Collaborate with Operations and Tech teams to resolve issues and improve processes

🎯 Requirements

2+ years experience in Freight Forwarding
Positive, curious, self-motivated and hands-on
Adapt to new concepts and technologies
Comfortable with numbers; handle quotes
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Fluent in English; strong written and verbal skills
