📋 Description

  • Provision mobile, data, connectivity, VoIP products.
  • Handle inbound/outbound voice, SIP, and related services.
  • Coordinate delivery with customers and suppliers; provide updates.
  • Manage tickets and workflows using ServiceNow; track SLAs.
  • Diagnose faults and work with suppliers/customers to resolve.
  • Keep customers informed by phone and email; ensure timely service delivery.

🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in telecom systems and networks.
  • Strong understanding of telecom infrastructure, protocols and tech.
  • Familiarity with telecom standards and regulations.
  • Excellent project management principles and methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
