Operations Control Center (OCC) Director

📋 Description

• Lead and manage Network Operations and Dispatch teams.
• Ensure reports meet customer service standards in daily operations.
• Coordinate OCC departments to ensure safe, legal day-of operations.
• Develop and maintain operational policies, procedures, training programs.
• Manage departmental budgets and cost control.
• Promote safety and compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum ten (10) years in airline management.
• Minimum five (5) years in an OCC management role.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED; College preferred.
• Authorized to work in the US; pass background check.
• In-depth knowledge of flight planning systems and economics.
• MS Office skills; strong organizational abilities.
