- Execute Belgium rider communications campaigns (email, in-app, website) with accuracy and compliance.
- Set up and validate audience segmentation with required approvals.
- Coordinate with Central Comms/CRM/Legal/Ops for regulatory compliance.
- Own end-to-end campaign execution in Braze (setup, test, launch, post-send checks).
- Analyze campaign performance and rider engagement metrics for trends and risks.
- Support rider lifecycle analysis and operational initiatives.
🎯 Requirements
- Previous experience in operations, communications, CRM, analytics, or similar.
- Strong analytical skills to assess performance and support decisions.
- High attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to follow structured processes and work within compliance frameworks.
- Fluency in English, French, and Dutch; excellent written and verbal communication.
- Experience with Braze and data tools (Google Sheets, Looker).
