📋 Description

  • Support operations at partner health systems with day-to-day ops and new clinics
  • Organize documentation for clinic rollout schedules, staffing rosters, data inputs
  • Assist Regional Integrations Manager with new hire checklists and training coordination
  • Support the training team on new and ongoing training activities
  • Compile and present data to internal teams and clinic audiences
  • Interface with health system IT to obtain systems access

🎯 Requirements

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 1-2+ years of relevant work experience
  • CPhT certification or equivalent preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other project management tools
