📋 Description

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues with store leadership to close gaps.
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to support the business and guests.
• Support shipment, receiving, floor replenishment, and floor-set updates.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of client-centric sales and operations experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and frequent movement throughout the store.
• Strong customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, team-oriented.
