📋 Description

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues and escalate gaps with store leadership.
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business, team and guest needs.
• Manage shipments, receiving, processing, replenishment, floor sets, and product flow.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest needs quickly.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of client-centric sales/operational experience.
• Requires constant movement in all store areas.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team.
