• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate and root-cause inventory issues with the store manager.
• Support shipments, receiving, processing, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to assist guests and teams.
• Leverage metrics to support data-driven store decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year in a client-centric, sales and ops environment.
• Constant movement in all store areas.
• Lift, bend, kneel, climb, twist; safe ladder use.
• Passion for customer service and exceptional experiences.
• Self-motivated; able to work independently and as a team.
