📋 Description

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory issues and root-cause gaps; escalate to store management.
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor and stockroom.
• Support shipments, receiving, processing, replenishment, and floor updates.
• Move dynamically on the floor to meet business and guest needs.
• Use metrics to drive store decisions and performance.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in client-centric sales/operational roles.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move around the store.
• Comfortable with constant movement around store and back-of-house.
• Experience maintaining inventory accuracy and visual standards.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; results-driven.
