  • Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • Investigate and root cause inventory issues; escalate process gaps.
  • Support shipments, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • Maintain strong visual standards for the sales floor and stockroom, ensuring product flow.
  • Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess business needs and guest service.
  • Assist with duties to keep the store clean, safe, inviting and operating efficiently.

  • 1+ years client-centric, sales and operational experience.
  • Requires constant movement in all store areas (sales floor and back of house).
  • Ability to lift, push, carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results.
