📋 Description

• Own inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory issues; escalate gaps with the Store Manager.
• Execute operations: shipments, receiving, processing, replenishment, and floor sets.
• Maintain strong visual standards for the sales floor.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to support the business, team and guests.
• Use metrics to drive business strategies and improve operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of client-centric, sales & operational experience.
• Constant movement around all store areas.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and work in a team.
