📋 Description

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate and root cause inventory issues, escalating gaps with the store manager.
• Support key ops functions: shipment, receiving, processing, floor replenishment, and floor updates.
• Maintain strong visual standards and merchandising on the sales floor.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business needs and guests.
• Collaborate with teams to leverage metrics for business-driving decisions and customer satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of client-centric, sales and operational experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Constant movement in-store (standing, walking, shelving).
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and in a team.
