📋 Description

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate and root-cause inventory issues with store leadership to fix gaps.
• Support operations: shipment, receiving, processing, replenishment, floor sets.
• Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor.
• Move dynamically on the sales floor to assist guests and meet needs.
• Use metrics to drive business strategies and decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of client-centric, sales and operational experience.
• Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve results individually and as a team.
• Requires constant movement in all areas of the store.
