📋 Description

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory issues and escalate process gaps with store leadership.
• Lead shipments, receiving, processing, replenishment, and operations.
• Maintain strong visual standards and merchandising on the sales floor.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to support business needs and guests.
• Use metrics to drive business decisions and customer satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of client-centric sales/operational experience.
• Ability to move constantly around the store.
• Lift, push, or carry up to 50 pounds.
• Strong business acumen and metrics-driven mindset.
