Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
Investigate root causes of inventory accuracy issues; escalate gaps
Support key ops: shipment/receiving, processing, replenishment, floor set updates
Maintain strong visual standards for the sales floor
Duties require constant movement in and around the store
Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business, team and guest needs

🎯 Requirements

1+ year client-centric sales/ops experience
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Stand and move throughout shifts
Strong customer service orientation
Experience with inventory control and replenishment
Team player in a fast-paced retail environment
