Operations Associate (Part-Time)

📋 Description

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Support shipment, receiving, processing, floor replenishment, and visual standards.
• Move around the store to assist guests and maintain operations.
• Maintain stockroom standards; escalate gaps with leadership.
• Part-Time, up to 30 hrs/week with 4+ hour shifts; blackout period availability.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in a client-centric, sales and operational environment.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Ability to lift, push, carry up to 50 pounds.
• Must move throughout the store; comfortable with constant movement.
• Demonstrate business acumen by using metrics to guide decisions.
