Operations Associate (Part-Time)

📋 Description

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate and root cause inventory issues with the Store Manager to close gaps.
• Support shipments, receiving, processing, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
• Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business needs and guest needs.
• Leverage store metrics to drive business-driven strategies and customer satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years' client-centric sales & operational experience.
• Duties require constant movement in all store areas.
• Lift, push, or carry up to 50 pounds.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve results individually and in a team.
