📋 Description

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate and root cause inventory gaps with the Store Manager.
• Maintain and champion strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to serve guests and team.
• Leverage metrics to support business-driving strategies.
• Resolve guest needs quickly to ensure customer satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of client-centric, sales and operational experience.
• Requires constant movement in all areas of the store.
• Ability to lift, push, or move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve results as an individual and as a team.
