  • Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
  • Investigate inventory accuracy issues; escalate process gaps with GM/Store Manager
  • Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
  • Maintain strong visual standards for the sales floor
  • Move on the retail floor to assess and fulfill business needs
  • Resolve client needs quickly to ensure customer satisfaction

  • 1+ years in client-centric sales/operational environment
  • Constant movement in all store areas
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Strong communication, teamwork and customer service skills
  • Open availability, including weekends and holidays
  • Self-motivated with drive to excel individually and as a team
