Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
Investigate inventory accuracy issues; escalate process gaps with GM/Store Manager
Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
Maintain strong visual standards for the sales floor
Move on the retail floor to assess and fulfill business needs
Resolve client needs quickly to ensure customer satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

1+ years in client-centric sales/operational environment
Constant movement in all store areas
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Strong communication, teamwork and customer service skills
Open availability, including weekends and holidays
Self-motivated with drive to excel individually and as a team
