📋 Description

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory issues and escalate gaps with the store/GM.
• Maintain strong visual standards for the sales floor.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business and guest needs.
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, and floor set updates.
• Leverage store metrics to drive business-focused strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
• Requires constant movement around all areas of the store.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve results and work as a team.
