  • Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • Investigate and root cause inventory issues; escalate process gaps with GM.
  • Manage shipments, receiving, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • Maintain strong visual standards and uphold stockroom safety.
  • Move product on the sales floor; support profitability and guest experience.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager, Ops & Visual Manager on initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

  • Prior client-centric sales and retail operations experience.
  • Proficient in inventory control, shipping/receiving, replenishment, and floor sets.
  • Strong customer service mindset; effective communication and teamwork.
  • Capable of flexible schedule including mornings/evenings/weekends.
  • Right to work in the UK; eligible for employment.
  • Ability to use metrics to drive store decisions.
