📋 Description

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues.
• Manage key store ops: shipments, receiving, processing, transfers, replenishment, floor sets.
• Maintain stockroom standards and visual merchandising on the sales floor.
• Move dynamically on the floor to support business, team and guests.
• Leverage metrics to drive business decisions and improve guest experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Client-centric sales and ops experience preferred.
• Strong inventory, shipments, replenishment, and stockroom skills.
• Excellent customer service and guest experience focus.
• Agile, fast-paced, and able to adapt on the floor.
• Collaborate with GM, budgets, inventory, vendor relationships, and ops tech.
• High energy, team player, and aligns with guiding principles.
