📋 Description

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Process shipments, receiving, and floor replenishment to maintain stock flow.
• Maintain visual standards and floor merchandising; update floor sets.
• Collaborate with GM/Operations Manager to drive profitability and efficiency.
• Support operations and guest service to ensure a positive experience on the floor.

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience in client-centric sales and operations environment (preferred).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to execute stockroom controls and inventory accuracy.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Self-motivated, team player with strong work ethic.
