Assist customers with Express Drive rental process and returns.
Prepare vehicles for Lyft Drivers: fueling, cleaning, telematics, plates, inspections.
Manage vehicle lot organization and daily rental operations.
Flag vehicle issues and program challenges to leadership/partners.
Build trust and collaborate to hit team goals.
Uphold service standards and be a Lyft brand ambassador.

🎯 Requirements

1+ year in-person customer service (retail, support, hospitality)
Familiar with the Cleveland area
Excellent verbal and written communication
Patience, problem solving, de-escalation, teamwork
Team-first attitude; Lyft driver experience a plus
Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean record; insurable
