Operations Associate, Flexdrive

📋 Description

• Assist customers with Express Drive rental process, including check-in and returns.
• Prepare Flexdrive vehicles for Lyft drivers: fueling, cleaning, telematics, plates.
• Conduct fleet vehicle inspections and manage compliance documents.
• Manage vehicle lot organization, transportation, and daily rental operations.
• Flag vehicle issues and program challenges to Ops Lead and partners.
• Uphold Flexdrive service standards and be an ambassador for Lyft.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year in-person customer service (retail, technical support, hospitality).
• Familiarity with the Glen Burnie area.
• Impeccable customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Team player mentality; works well with others.
• Valid unrestricted driver’s license and insurable under Lyft policy.
