📋 Description

• Run operational and analytical work across Insurance, Warranty, Repair, Trade-In.
• Find manual tasks and automate them; deliver one automation by month three.
• Lead cross-functional projects with Finance, Legal, Product, Analytics.
• Support partner negotiations with insurers, repair networks, trade-in partners.
• Use prioritisation frameworks (RICE, Impact vs Effort) to sequence initiatives.
• Build dashboards and measure impact with data.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years in ops/analytics/commercial roles in fast-moving settings.
• Hypothesis-first thinker with cross-functional comms.
• Shipped automation (Notion, Zapier, Make, Airtable, or scripts).
• AI fluent: uses Claude or ChatGPT; knows when not to trust outputs.
• Fluent in English; other European languages a plus.
• Quantitatively confident: SQL, Python, or no-code tools a plus.
