• Own day-to-day credentialing and payer enrollment tracking.
• Collaborate cross-functionally; resolve blockers and improve workflows.
• Guide clinicians through requirements and ensure documentation is complete.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in operations, healthcare/telehealth or startup.
• 1+ year credentialing/enrollment, CAQH PD Portal, Verifiable/Medallion.
• 1+ year data analysis and visualization; comfortable with spreadsheets.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented; strong process mindset.
• Clear communicator with clinicians and internal partners.
• Curious about AI; eager to create efficiencies.
