- 1-3 years in operations, HR, people ops, or finance ops.
- Experience with PEOs (Sequoia One, Deel) and HRIS (Zip, Navan, HiBob) a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong preference for NYC-based candidates.
