- Prepare Flexdrive vehicles for Lyft drivers: fueling, cleaning, telematics, plates, inspections.

- Flag vehicle issues, program challenges, and bugs to the Operations Lead and partners.

π― Requirements
- 1+ year in-person customer service (retail, tech support, or hospitality).
- Familiarity with the Los Angeles area.
- Impeccable customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent, clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Patience, problem solving, de-escalation, teamwork, and self-governance.
- Team-first mindset; value collaboration.
- Lyft driver status is a bonus.
- Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and insurable under Lyft policy.
