- 1+ year of experience in an in-person customer service role (retail, tech support, or hospitality).
- Familiarity with the Phoenix area.
- Impeccable customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Patience, problem solving, de-escalation, teamwork, and self-governance.
- Valid unrestricted driver's license and insurable driving record.
