  • Build trust and collaborate to achieve team goals

  • 1+ year in-person customer service experience (retail/tech support/hospitality)
  • Familiarity with the Charlotte area
  • Impeccable customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Patience, problem solving, de-escalation, teamwork
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record; multilingual a plus
