📋 Description

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate root cause inventory issues with store leadership.
• Support shipment, receiving, processing, and floor replenishment.
• Maintain visual standards and stockroom organization.
• Move between floor and back-of-house to keep operations smooth.
• Move dynamically on the sales floor to assist guests.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in a client-centric sales/operational role.
• Experience in retail store operations and guest service.
• Ability to lift/push/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Self-motivated and aligned with guiding principles.
• Willigness to move around the store during shifts.
