  • Coordinate meetings and scheduling for participants and staff
  • Support projects and ensure timely task completion
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders professionally
  • Attend meetings, take minutes, and document actions
  • Provide customer service and service recovery as needed
  • Manage front desk, sign-in, badges, and screenings

🎯 Requirements

  • Must be 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate/Bachelor's preferred
  • Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
  • Minimum of two years experience as Administrative Assistant
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Must be able to work onsite Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
