Identify and analyze inefficiencies by shadowing field staff and proposing improvements.
Support automation and optimization via documentation, testing, and hands-on work.
Build and maintain detailed process documentation for clarity across teams.
Develop reporting, monitor KPIs, and analyze trends for decisions.

🎯 Requirements

4-6 years in fast-paced, high-growth environment.
3+ years in outpatient healthcare in patient-facing or ops support.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.
Technical curiosity and willingness to learn new tools.
