Conduct ESG trend research, analyze data, and prepare reports.
Support ESG initiatives; collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver goals.
Assist ESG reports: data collection, validation, analysis, presentation.
Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders on ESG initiatives and progress.
Maintain organized ESG documentation, ensuring data integrity.
Plan and run ESG events, workshops, and training.

🎯 Requirements

B.E./B.Tech/MBA/Postgrad preferred; internship in ESG or sustainability is a plus.
Knowledge of ESG frameworks and reporting standards (GRI, BRSR, TCFD).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Ability to lead and collaborate across multiple functions.
Customer-focused, results-driven, with ownership and product advocacy.
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is desirable.
