Serve as first-responder for technical and non technical issues.
Own and manage facility operations including desks, IT setups, HVAC, and COMSEC.
Support the team by identifying bottlenecks and reducing friction.
Craft and implement processes or tools to improve efficiency.
Partner with Palantir stakeholders to scope projects and deliver on time.
Learn and develop expertise to cover gaps and invest in your growth.

🎯 Requirements

US security clearance at Secret or higher.
Desktop or user support experience in a fast paced classified environment.
Must reside within 60 minutes of the office.
Willingness to travel 10-25 percent.
