📋 Description

• Monitor ridership metrics, analyze data, and prepare statistical reports.
• Develop new metrics and analysis methods to grow ridership and revenue.
• Work with stakeholders to implement or change procedures.
• Lead meetings, conduct field audits at stations and trains.
• Communicate with customers in a service role as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; related fields preferred.
• Excel, data processing, and analysis skills.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Motivated, self-starter, analytical.
• Ability to work onsite on a hybrid basis (4 days/week in-office).
• Authorization to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship).
