Operations Analyst, Plan Loading

📋 Description

• Perform precise QA/QC and ensure high data accuracy.
• Work on designs, builds, and configuration workflows to identify improvements.
• Analyze aggregated configuration data to identify updates and impact.
• Load configuration data into the core system accurately and timely.
• Use internal tools; perform database querying and benefit config concepts.
• Build SQL queries and translate analyses for nontechnical audiences.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years knowledge of health plan benefit concepts (deductibles, cost sharing).
• 1+ years proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint or Google Docs Editors suite.
• 1+ years experience manipulating and analyzing large data sets using Excel or similar DB language.
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years commensurate experience.
• Working knowledge of medical coding concepts (CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10).
• Proficiency in SQL.
