Operations Analyst, Plan Loading

📋 Description

• Perform detailed work with high accuracy and QA/QC protocols
• Design, build, and configure workflows; identify improvement opportunities
• Understand aggregated configuration data; identify updates and measure impact
• Load configuration data into the core system accurately and timely
• Use internal tools and database querying for configuration work
• Build SQL queries and translate analyses for a nontechnical audience

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years working knowledge of health plan benefit concepts (deductibles, cost sharing)
• 1+ years proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and/or Google Docs Editors
• 1+ years experience manipulating and analyzing large data sets with Excel or similar DB language
