- Participate in cross-functional projects to boost ops, incl. forecasting, pricing & stock.
- Assist launches of merchandising ops in new cities/countries; coordinate across teams.

- Support forecasting models, P&Ls, pricing analyses and sales dashboards.
- Redesign and optimize merchandising workflows; automate inventory, logistics and reporting.
- Identify inefficiencies in merchandising and ops; propose data-driven improvements.
🎯 Requirements
- 0-2 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Admin, Data Analytics or related.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and data visualization experience.
- ERP, POS tools or stock management software experience a plus.
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination.
