Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional projects: product launches, integrations, strategic initiatives.
• Serve as the central point between local and global stakeholders for alignment and timely execution.
• Define timelines and milestones; track risks and dependencies; follow up on actions.
• Gather business requirements and prepare BRD/SOP/Memo; support planning through launch.
• Coordinate external partner and banking integrations, including testing, UAT, and go-live.
• Analyze user behavior and operational metrics to identify growth opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related fields.
• 3-5 years’ directly related experience in project management or operations.
• Self-driven team player; quick to learn tools like analytics software and data models.
• Curious to identify trends and explain data; translate findings clearly.
• Passion for Emerging Technologies related to Blockchain, Machine Learning, and AI.
• Bilingual English/Kazak is required to coordinate with overseas partners.
