Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Identify and implement process improvements for resource management and workflows.
• Prepare staffing and operational reports: utilization, forecasting, hiring recommendations.
• Partner with department heads on resource planning and tooling support.
• End-to-end ops tasks: Sales-to-Delivery handoff and Certinia PSA setup.
• Monitor adherence to delivery processes; ensure time-tracking and reporting.
• Analyze data for metrics and forecasting; provide leadership with insights.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, HR or related field.
• 3-5 years in business operations, resource management, staffing, or related role.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills for data accuracy and compliance.
• Strong communication across functional teams to complete tasks with staff and leadership.
• Experience with Certinia PSA and Salesforce to manage staffing requests, forecasting, timecards, and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with knowledge of utilization metrics, capacity planning, and forecasting.
