Provide analytical support across core operational workflows.
Focus on dispatch, SLA adherence, fulfilment metrics.
Analyze stock and workforce management reporting.
Build and maintain dashboards for visibility.
Translate stakeholder questions into structured analyses.
Deliver end-to-end medium-complexity analyses; assist higher-risk investigations.

🎯 Requirements

2–4 years in analytics or BI.
Writes efficient SQL independently.
Cleans and transforms data from multiple sources.
Builds complex reporting and dashboards.
Experience with ERP systems (Sage advantageous).
Familiar with WHS/WMS software (Blue Yonder) and BI tools (Metabase) advantageous.
