🎯 Requirements
- At least 5+ years of operational & prudential risk management in financial services
- Experience interpreting prudential regs and implementing IFR/IFD (preferred)
- ICARA, Pillar 3, and prudential reporting experience
- Experience building Operational Risk frameworks, including RCSA and Key Controls
- Understanding of financial markets, trading ops, and risk exposures
- Strong stakeholder management and communication; able to influence at all levels
