Operational Risk Assistant Manager

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain risk management and BCM frameworks.
• Identify, assess, and monitor risks using KRIs, RCSA, and loss events.
• Manage the Losses Register and conduct risk/impact assessments (BIA).
• Develop, test, and maintain BCPs and DRPs; coordinate BCM drills.
• Review contracts; develop risk and BCM policies and procedures.
• Monitor BCM readiness and report key issues to senior management.
• Deliver risk and BCM awareness and training across the organization.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years of total risk/operational risk experience.
• Background in operational risk, BCM, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
