Design and maintain the Operational Risk Management Framework aligned with BACEN.
Identify, assess, and monitor operational risk exposures, esp. fraud and IT risk.
Develop and validate AI/ML models for fraud detection and risk quantification.
Build and maintain AI agents to automate risk workflows (loss tracking, KRI monitoring, incidents).
Establish and monitor KRIs and RCSAs for ongoing risk tracking.
Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, and Compliance to embed risk controls in product design.

Payments ecosystem knowledge: acquirer, sub-acquirer, issuer operations
Fraud prevention/detection across onboarding, monitoring, disputes
ML/AI models for fraud and risk management
Python, SQL, and R for scenario simulation and automation
IT/cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, COBIT, ISO 27001); analytical & collaborative
