📋 Description

• Provide second-line oversight of issues, actions and controls.
• Analyse Operational Risk data (incidents, regulation) for trends.
• Update risk data in Google Sheets and Looker to support oversight.
• Support the implementation and operation of Monzo's risk framework.
• Assist managers with in-depth assurance and change reviews across business areas.
• Monitor Operational Risk channels and escalate material risks.
