🎯 Requirements
- 2-4 years in People Ops, Process Improvement, Knowledge Mgmt, or Technical Writing.
- Experience in process analysis, optimization, automation, and redesign in HR or ops.
- Hands-on with HRIS systems (Workday, Deel, BambooHR, Rippling) and workflow tools.
- Excellent writing and documentation; translate complex processes into clear content.
- Strong analytical skills; use data to measure improvements.
- Knowledge mgmt tools (Confluence, Notion, Guru, SharePoint) and mapping tools (Figma, Lucidchart).
