Operational Excellence Lead – Wealth Operations

📋 Description

• Gather, document, and refine business and data requirements for wealth platform ops transformations.
• Create and manage user stories and backlogs, supporting Agile sprint ceremonies.
• Map current and target operating models for onboarding, suitability, and servicing in Private Banking/Wealth Management.
• Define integration and data requirements to support platform interoperability and system change.
• Collaborate with tech teams and platform providers (Avaloq, Temenos, Aladdin) to align needs with delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within Wealth Management (priority) or Asset Management.
• Strong experience in Agile delivery, including backlog refinement and sprint collaboration.
• Experience in operations mapping and wealth lifecycle processes such as onboarding, suitability, and servicing.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into clear documentation and delivery artefacts.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across business and technology teams.
• Exposure to wealth platforms such as Avaloq, Temenos, or Aladdin (configuration not required).
